You, the client, may display my work on external sites as long as it is visibly credited and linked back to me.

You may not, however, upload or host my work in any gallery that is intended to display your own work only. (such as DeviantArt, Buzzly, Inkblot, etc.)

You may not claim my work as your own; if you do so, you will be blacklisted.

You may use your commissioned artwork freely (for avatars, backgrounds, etc.) as long as it is for personal use only.

You are not authorized to use my artwork or designs commercially.

You are not authorized to change, modify, or edit my works without my permission.

You are not authorized to trace over my artwork in any way, including the use of the artwork as a “base.”

You may use my artwork and style as inspiration or vague reference, as long as you are not tracing or copying the majority of the piece, including color palettes, poses, and stylistic elements. If color picking, do not use the entire palette.

I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to redistribute, reproduce, or use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

WIP (work in progress) updates will NOT be sent throughout my drawing process, and minimal changes may be made after completion, such as mistakes about your character's design or small errors you notice. I will do my best to depict your characters in a way you like, so please make sure to give me as much detail as possible when inquiring!

Commissions are expected to take anywhere from one week to (at maximum) 3 months to complete. If there are any changes to the expected timeframe, I will let you know.

I will only accept USD via Paypal invoice, VGen, or Ko-fi. You are responsible for making currency conversions on Paypal.

It is expected that you deposit 100% of the price upfront before I start. No exceptions unless otherwise discussed.

I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission AND have asked for payment.

You must be 18 years of age to send payment. I will not accept payment from minors.

Nothing is ever intended by either me or the client, to be physically shipped to them.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the piece. Once I start the sketch, there will be no refunds.

If I cancel a project, I will reimburse the lost fees and refund 100%.

When buying or receiving a design of mine, you may change/alter the design however you like, change the species, etc. but editing my original work is prohibited.

The design may be resold/traded/gifted; in the situation of reselling a design, it may not be resold for higher than the original price unless it has additional commissioned artwork.

Owners of my designs MUST have toyhou.se accounts and design profiles MUST be credited back to me (ottermeal).

You are not authorized to use my artwork or designs commercially.

Creating closed/open species based off my designs is prohibited.

You may not under any circumstance create NSFW content of my feral character designs. If you wish to do so, please make them anthro.

You may not color pick and copy the entire palettes or patterns of my designs and OCs. Being inspired is fine, but color picking several or more colors and patterns to use together will result in a blacklist.
